Jordan became the Executive Director of COLTAF and the Legal Aid Foundation in January of 2024. Prior to joining COLTAF’s staff, he served as the Executive Director of the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission & Foundation. At Arkansas Access to Justice, Jordan promoted limited scope representation and led the rollout of a statewide self-help kiosk network, among other projects. He started his legal career as a legal aid attorney in the Mississippi River Delta, serving low-income Arkansans with housing-related legal needs. Jordan’s educational background includes a degree in Management, summa cum laude, from Arkansas State University and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Alabama.

Jessica is a social impact and philanthropy professional with 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and fundraising. Prior to joining the Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado, she served as Executive Director of the Denver Urban Debate League, where she led transformative speech and debate programming for students across the Denver metro area and ensured that access to educational opportunity was not limited by financial barriers. Jessie’s work is guided by a longstanding commitment to expanding access—to justice, essential services, and opportunity—and to leveraging philanthropy as a powerful tool for removing barriers and strengthening communities. Jessie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Fine Arts from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.

Maria Rentzios, Administrative Assistant

Maria joined COLTAF in 2021 and holds a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Montana. Most recently, she worked at Macy’s as an Administrative Team Supervisor and the National Stroke Association as a Senior Office Manager. Previously, she worked at Charles Schwab as a broker where she held both her Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA Securities Licenses and CFP Board as a Manager of Continuing Education.

Emily joined COLTAF in 2025. She has nearly a decade of nonprofit experience, with a focus on program coordination, education, and community partnerships. Prior to joining the Foundation, she supported education and access initiatives at Jewish Family Service of Colorado and PCs for People. Emily is drawn to mission-driven work and is committed to helping organizations run effectively and equitably. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and Secondary Education from the University of Iowa.
