COLTAF is pleased to welcome Nicole Hathaway as our new COLTAF Program Manager!

Nicole brings extensive experience in compliance, program administration, and organizational operations, with a focus on collaboration, community impact, and strategic program support.

Before joining COLTAF, Nicole led HMDA/CRA reporting and compliance initiatives at FirstBank, where her work supported community reinvestment efforts and expanded access to financial services.

As COLTAF Program Manager, Nicole will support the programs and partnerships that help turn Colorado’s lawyer trust accounts into critical funding for civil legal aid. She is drawn to mission-driven work and is committed to helping strengthen programs that increase access to justice for low-income Coloradans.

We’re excited to have Nicole on the team and look forward to the experience and perspective she brings to COLTAF.
